The nominations list for the games in the 2009 BAFTAs has been released. Some of you might be suprised to see Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare on the list. In fact it is dominating the list after just making the cut by being just past the previous BAFTA ceremony in 2007.
A few of the obvious big hitters are there, namely, LittleBigPlanet, Grand Theft Auto IV, Fallout 3 and Gears of War 2.
Call of Duty 4 sweeps the listings, closely followed by GTAIV.
There’s definitely a lot of stiff competition out there for all the titles. I just hope to god the Wii Fit does not get the GAME award of 2008.
