Why is it that the UK is treated like a piece of rat meat when it comes to gaming matters? Our games are over priced, we receive games much later than anywhere else and now the clever people at Sony have given us the worse PSN update in history. The latest PSN update will include trailers for both Haze and Conflict Desert Storm. There are also some extras for Wipeout and the application Go Messenger for PSP. Lets face it Haze will be out soon so do we really need to see another trailer and do we really give a crap about Conflict Desert Storm.
On the other hand if you live in Japan you will be treated to a whole host of new and exciting freebies. The Japanese store is reported to be getting four new ps one games, loads of new trailers, a couple of demos and a Metal Gear Solid 4 wallpaper. That was the icing on the cake for us. The Americans on the other hand get a load of new tracks for Guitar Heros and also lots of trailers for them to feast there eyes on.
We are disappointed to say the least by this update and we hope Sony can make up for it next time round. Maybe they have something big planned for the next update. Our message to Sony is – don’t forget the UK. We should not be an after thought.
