Call of Duty 4 Maps Confirmed

Robert Bowling confirms the release of downloadable content for Call of Duty 4 this spring. This week Bowling demoed, to great applause, one of the new maps. The download heading to both Xbox and PSN stores worldwide will feature four new maps. The map showed off by Bowling was set in a rain soaked San Francisco where light was only visible from both the moon and the lights of the city. Bowling went on to explain that this level was based on the popular Carentan level featured on Call of Duty 2.

Other maps in the pack include Creek (a wide open village ravaged by combat), Broadcast (an enemy communications outpost) and of course Kill house (which is an abandoned warehouse). Each of the new maps is said to have great new sniper spots and maintain the visual and dynamic qualities of the other existing maps. Bring on spring time!!
