Activision has revealed a new multiplayer co-operative game mode featuring the living dead. The new mode is aptly named Nazi Zombie mode.

In this mode players have to work together to fend off an ongoing swarm of undead Nazis. This involves defending certain positions from the onslaught.

The mode also features a reward system, giving players money for killing the zombies. The cash can then be used to upgrade the player’s arsenal.

Nazi Zombie mode is unlockable upon completion of the single player campaign, giving players more to aim for. Personally I like the whole reward mechanic (levels, challenges and weapons) that Call of Duty is utilising.

The game mode features up to four player co-op online and, possibly, offline.
