Treyarch, the game developers behind several of the Call of Duty games, have put forward an announcement that the Xbox 360 Call of Duty: World at War Beta has officially gone public.
The Beta is open to anyone with an Xbox Live Gold account. To download the game for free, simply locate Call of Duty: World at War in the Marketplace and select the Multiplayer Beta.
If Call of Duty: World at War is anywhere near as good as its predecessor, CoD4, which incidentally is still as popular as ever, then it is sure to be great fun for everyone involved.
