Hardly surprise of the century but Sony has finally confirmed that they will be releasing a console bundle containing GTA IV. The news was first broken on a German retail site however at the time neither Sony nor Rockstar would confirm it. Let’s face it they were never going to have a GTA IV bundle just on the Xbox 360.
The bundle pack will feature a 40gb console a sixaxis controller and of course a copy of GTA IV. There were suspicions that Sony would include a rumbling sixaxis controller but the rumours were quickly squashed. It’s believed that Sony is holding that little number for Metal Gear Solid: Guns of Patriot. The bundle will cost you a staggering £319.99 but we think it will be worth the money.
In other GTA IV news it appears that Sony has the edge in regards to the title. Asda recently announced that the pre orders for GTA IV on PS3 outsell the 360 version by 3 to 1. This is a rather unexpected revelation but it appears that gamers are starting to look at the future and buying up PS3 machines.
