GTA IV Tips and Tricks Part 1. As a part of our GTA IV series we will be bringing you a series of tips, tricks and cheats to help you progress through the game. In this first parter we will give you the keys (cheats) to unlock all the cheats in GTA IV. You will no doubt want to book mark these cheats as to start with you will want to delve into the gripping storyline. Of course there is plenty to keep you entertained in GTA IV but at some point you will want to have a little fun and cheat your way to success. So here we go….
All you need to unlock the following gems is Niko’s mobile. You simply have to call the numbers below. How cool is that.
1 Wanted Level Down - COP-555-0100
2 Wanted Level Up - COP-555-0150
3 Health And Weapons - GTA-555-0100
4 Weapons - GUN-555-0150
5 Advanced Weapons - GUN-555-0100
6 Health - DOC-555-0100
7 Climate Change - HOT-555-0100
8 Spawn Cognoscenti (Mafia Car) - CAR-555-0142
9, Spawn Sanchez (Dirt Bike) - MBK-555-0150
10, Spawn FBI Buffalo - CAR-555-0100
11 Spawn Police Chopper - FLY-555-0100
12 Spawn Jetmax (Boat) - WET-555-0100
13 Spawn Turismo - CAR-555-0147
14 Spawn NRG900 - MBK-555-0100
15 Spawn Comet - CAR-555-0175

We also believe that cheats 3 and 6 disable the cleaned the mean streets achievement on xbox 360. Look out for part 2 where we will give you hints on how to play the game.

How can you call a name??
GUN
COP
GTA
DOC
HOT
CAR etc..
At Quitaryn, use the number that corresponds to the letter. E.g. GUN = 486
@ Quitaryn
The same as you do when writing an SMS ;).

2 6 7
etc.
You can call a name (COP,GUN,CAR etc.) by typing digits like using T9 ; for example CAR - 227 , GTA - 482 , HOT - 468 etc…. understand? it’s so simple … had the same problem at the beginning but i just had to use some IQ
Here’s a simple tip - not a cheat, but for those wanting to play the game ‘properly’. In the early stages to make some fast cash, nick a security van, take it somewhere quiet and blow it up either by ramming the pants out of it or finishing it off with a few shots from a gun and you’ll find lots of cash comes out of it, up to a grand.
Good way of filling your wallet early on

holy crap quitaryn, are you serious…never noticed the letters on the buttons…
(luck of the Irish mission) I’m finkin it difficult as when I’m looking over the meeting I kill the guys but every time I fail the mission as the guy I’m protecting keeps getin injured what should I do 2 complete this mission , please help me

Just look down when he says he is about to get hurt. Its on the bottom ofthe screen that you see ur mate in trouble. Just cap the crooks ass and u ll be fine.

I like GTIV online but every time i join a game about 5 seconds later it says “the conection to one or more players has been lost, returning to single player” any suggestions?
Not heard of this problem before but would imagine it is to do with your conncetion rather than the actual game. Might be worth trying to reset the router. Class game though.
