LittleBigPlanet is the game that we have all been waiting for but why have we heard so little about the game in recent months. It is because the developers have been to busy pushing the game towards alpha stage in the project life cycle. That means that the game is close to being in a playable form. That is, a select lucky few will be able to play the game to test for errors and bugs. This is the stage before it goes into beta mode.
The game was expected at the backend of last year but has now been pushed backed to September 2008. The intricacies of the game and the complex architecture meant that the game had to be pushed back considerably. We think the game will be worth the wait developers have been quoted as saying the game changes almost every day now. They are still putting in cool new features and creating a seamless game 3.0 experience. When it comes we hope September never ends.
