Inside sources have confirmed that LittleBigPlanet is in development for the PSP. Of course LittleBigPlanet is one of the most anticipated games for the PS3 and many can’t wait to make use of the user generated content system. Sony claims that LittleBigPlanet will bring the game 3.0 experience to the console.

Details of the release are still sketchy but there are a few things we would like to see in the release of the game. Firstly the ability to port data between the PS3 and the PSP. We want to be able to take our saved games with us when we go out. Imagine being able to complete a few levels while sat on the bus.

It is also expected that the PSP version will be designed in a 2D format. This means it wont look as advanced as the PS3 but games such as Loco Roco have successfully used this style in the past.

A September release date has been set but we wouldn’t count on them sticking to this one.
