I just received information regarding the two special addition Sackboys due out for LittleBigPlanet. The first one is a rendition of Kratos from the God of War game series. You can nab this little guy simply by getting a copy of Official PlayStation Magazine (OPM) issue 24. Included in the pack is a card with a unique code to receive the character.
The second limited edition Sackboy, or should I say Sackgirl, comes in the form of Nariko. Nariko is the female protagonist in the hit hack-and-slash game, Heavenly Sword. To get access to the Nariko costume, you need to pre-order LBP from Play.com.
Both Sackboy variations can be seen in the image below. Personally, I love both of them, but I won’t be buying a magazine just for Kratos. I’ll most likely go for the Play.com pre-order with nariko though, I was holding out for the pre-order just for this kind of little incentive.

In other LBP news, ALex Evans has spoken out about the game size.
Evans states: “a dual layer [blu-ray] is 40GB, but we’re filling up the Blu-ray. One of the things on there is we’re having a lot of tutorial content”
Don’t worry about your creatins being too large to download though, Evans goes on to say,
“the game itself and the levels you produce are relatively compact”
