Microsoft has had a case brought against them relating to technologies used in Halo and Xbox LIVE. The lawsuit has been given to Microsoft from internet chat company, Paltalk Holdings Inc.
A day barely goes by where one of the big three gaming companies aren’t in the news for suing or being sued. Some of you might remember the Immersion vibration controller fiasco.
This time the claim is that Microsoft are infringing upon two patents bought by Paltalk Holdings Inc. for $200,000. Microsoft haven’t necessarily disagreed with the case, but do suggest the $90 million asking settlement from Paltalk is a somewhat overzealous.
