All the big games have a collectors edition (CE) released, usually at a higher price put with a prettier case and some random limited edition bits and pieces chucked in. The Modern Warfare 2 CE will be called the Prestige Edition.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 – Prestige Edition, like many special editions of games, comes with bigger, customised packaging and a few themed incentives. Activision have decided to bundle in the first Call of Duty game, which will come in the form of a downloadable voucher relevant to whichever platform you purchase the game on (PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace or PC – presumably Steam or direct from the website).
That’s not the end of the goodies though, you will also get hold of a Soap McTavish bust (who wouldn’t want that guys head on their mantel?). Oh, you will also get some night vision goggles. Yes, working night vision goggles!

No price is available at this time for the Prestige Edition, but Amazon currently has the “Collectors Edition” listed as $80. Update: This is the hardened version of the game, which has a hard, steel case.
