Viral videos are growing in popularity, they really are. The great thing about a viral marketing method is it has a potential to reach anyone, whether people are sat at their office desks or they are simply checking their emails on their PlayStation 3.
We posted a video a week or so ago that symbolised Monster Hunter Freedom Unite hitting western shores. It didn’t give away much and, like most game viral teasers, contained absolutely no gameplay. Following on from that video a second has been released, showing the effort going in to pushing this PSP title.
The new video is more ARG style than the teaser video in the previous post, with more of a set theme. In particular, it seems that a monster outbreak from Japan is making its way over to the western territories.
