We recently came across the first trailer for MadWorld for Nintendo Wii and were totally shocked. This is not the sort of game you come across on a daily basis in our job and especially for the family orientated Nintendo Wii. Who knows what the thinking behind this game is and can developers Sega really make this game commercially viable.
Where do we start. Well when we first heard the name MadWorld we were thinking of an open world game featuring a cute animated dog as the lead character. Not sure where the dog came from but certainly got our imagination flowing anyway. As you can imagine we were rather surprised when we were greeted by a sadistic chain saw killing animation trailer. As far as sadistic games go this one looks pretty good. It’s certainly up there with manhunt. The crushing of the opponent’s heart with his heart was a nice touch in the trailer.
