Ahoy there pirates! Its time to get out your hooks and swords folks as we are set to be invaded by pirates this summer. Plunder is the new real time strategy game, which will be release on PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. Plunder has been relatively unknown up until this point but this week developers gave a brief demonstration of the game at Capcom’s Digital Day.
Plunder will feature 25 maps and it will be your job to capture numerous towns around several islands. The aim is simple – beat your opponent by capturing a certain number of towns. Although this sounds relatively easy the game throws up a number of different obstacles and challenges to make your job harder.
Plunder certainly wont push any boundaries with regards to the RTS genre or graphics however it does appear to be a thoroughly enjoyable gaming experience and should keep us entertained for a few hours at least. Plunder will be released as a download on both the Playstation and Xbox store so we are presuming that the price should be relatively low. This game will certainly plunder all the way to the bottom of the sea if they try to charge the average price of a game.
