PSN Store Update (US) 31/07/08

Yesterday I posted an article regarding the weekly PSN store update for Europe. As mentioned in that post, I will also be following up with a US PSN store update article every week.

With regards to the update it was certainly a respectable one. Not only did the store get PixelJunk Eden like the EU store, it also gained several more game add-ons, demos and videos. I still highly recommend trying the PixelJunk Eden demo; you might just be surprised like I was.

The update brings with it the highly anticipated (for you Americans) Madden NFL ’09 demo. I won’t lie, this game doesn’t interest me in the slightest but I know many love it.

Revival is the word with equipment delivered directly from the previous Soulcalibur series. As a sneak preview, the armour of Sophitia, the head gears of Astaroth, Nightmare and Voldo are available to name some. Did we mention that the head gears of Yoshimitsu is also available as well?

That’s everything, a lot isn’t it? The Killzone theme looks great if that’s your thing. Facebreaker looks like it might be worth a try, even if it is just for the chuckles it should give us. The Lego Indian Jones demo should be downloaded straight away if you don’t already own the game. The Lego series, so far consisting of Star Wars and Indian Jones, is a great collection. I hope to review both parts of the series in the near future. So go download, download and download more.
