CVG is reporting the first publicised feature set to appear in the (presumably) next update for the PlayStation 3. The new firmware will supposedly allow gamers to take screenshots in game and save them to the PS3 hard drive.
This could well be turned in to a Home community-sharing feature, allowing you to show off your best gaming moments in your personal space. Of course that’s just my opinion so should be taken even less lightly than the rumour itself.
This is by no means a major feature, so hopefully the FW 2.5 update will have something significant. Still, it is always nice to keep getting these small novelties that we can play around with. JVG will try to stay on top of any announcements or rumours that may surface.
