An announcement made by Karl, an Assisstant Producer at Team 17, details a patch for the Worms PSN game. The information was posted in the official Team17 forum, not the best place for an announcement if you ask me.
Anyway, it seems the patch will fix a number of issues such as the ability to use two weapons at once while jet packing (I hated that one). Besides the bug fixes, no other new changes have been listed, I was hoping for some new weapons or something but this is better than nothing.
Karl also goes on to say that as the UK already received a patch fixing some other issues, the US version of this patch will include the fixes from that patch too.
Karl’s changes:
* Players are no longer able to use multiple weapons by using the Jetpack or Blowtorch exploits.
* The Airstrike now behaves correctly when deployed at the bottom of the landscape.
* The Concrete Donkey no longer triggers silent explosions.
* The ‘Get a Lob on’ Trophy has now been changed so that only the local player need use just Grenades as opposed to all users having to.
No release date has been given for the patch, however Karl does mention that oth the European and American patches will hit simultaneously.
