Another somewhat disappointing month for Sony, as they were once again beaten by the Xbox 360 (and Wii). In contrast, Microsoft must be feeling pretty damn smug at the moment with their constant outselling of the PlayStation 3.
Sony, on the other hand, have got some positives to gleam from this months statistics, with an overall sales number of nearly 500k units with all PlayStation platforms combined. Although, it should be pointed out this is lower than the Wii sales alone. With Nintendo boasting over 1 million in combined sales for the Wii and NDS.

- Xbox 360: 330K
- PlayStation 3: 218K
- PSP: 168K
- PlayStation 2: 112K
It makes you wonder when Microsoft are going to be bringing out the PB720. That’s the PortableBox 720, of course.
